Our Cleaning Process
Free Assessment
We start with a quick evaluation of your system — panel count, roof pitch, soiling level, and any visible damage. This lets us give you an accurate quote with no surprises.
Purified Water Wash
We use deionized, purified water and soft-bristle brushes to gently scrub away dust, bird droppings, pollen, and mineral deposits — no harsh chemicals that could void your warranty.
Spot Treatment
Stubborn mineral deposits and bird dropping stains get extra attention with safe, panel-approved solutions. We don't leave until every panel is spotless.
Visual Inspection
After cleaning, we do a thorough visual check of each panel, frame, mounting hardware, and visible wiring for cracks, corrosion, or loose connections.
Condition Report
You receive a simple written report of what we found — including photos of any concerns — so you can share it with your solar installer if follow-up is needed.
